About Me
Raised on a family farm in rural Illinois, I spent nearly five years in the agriculture industry after earning my bachelor's degree. I made a significant career shift to follow my passion for mental health and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in January 2024, after completing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Illinois at Springfield. I honed therapeutic skills and gained valuable experience at internship sites including the SIU Center for Family Medicine, Art Express, and Pepper Brown & Associates, where I currently practice.

Residing near Springfield, IL, my favorite activities outside of counseling include running, walks with my dog, baking, helping on the family farm and traveling with my family. Combining my rural roots and professional expertise, I'm dedicated to supporting individuals on their paths to healing and growth. Let's embark on this journey together.
